Request deletion in the Rate Anchor app
- Sign in to the Rate Anchor app.
- Select Profile.
- Select Account & Privacy.
- Select Request Account Deletion.
- Review the information shown and confirm your deletion request.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the Rate Anchor app, contact Rate Anchor Insurance Advisors LLC and request deletion of your Rate Anchor app account. Please provide the name and email address associated with the account so we can identify the account and verify the request.

What is deleted
After an approved account deletion request is processed, access to the associated Rate Anchor mobile app account is removed. Account and personal information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate.
Information that may be retained
Rate Anchor Insurance Advisors may retain certain information when required or permitted for legitimate business, insurance, regulatory, legal, security, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes. This may include insurance policy records, transaction and service records, communications relating to insurance services, and records needed to document or comply with legal, carrier, contractual, or regulatory obligations.
Any retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose or retention requirement.
Insurance policies are separate from app accounts
Deleting a Rate Anchor mobile app account does not necessarily cancel an insurance policy or other insurance-related service. Contact Rate Anchor separately if you need to change or cancel insurance coverage.
